Hi — I’m Morganne, a Registered Dietitian who helps women reverse prediabetes in a way that actually feels doable in real life.
I pride myself on being more than just a “nutrition coach.” I want to be your cheerleader, your best friend in your corner, your motivator, and the person who helps you feel confident enough to be vulnerable while you make changes that truly last. Because improving blood sugar isn’t just about food — it’s about support, community, and having a plan that doesn’t feel restrictive, isolating, or impossible to sustain.
I spent the first years as a Dietitian working in chronic illness. I spent several years working in dialysis. However, I found a passion for prevention of chronic illness because the two main reasons why people end up with kidney failure is Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension. During this time, my dad also suffered a stroke from ignoring his Type 2 Diabetes. I grew a passion for empowering women to re-write their health.
I am not a stranger to the diet culture bs in the medical system. I was told to do the keto diet when I was pregnant with my daughter to “prepare” for my glucose test. I made it my mission to help women improve their blood sugar without doing keto or cutting out carbs.
On average, my clients are lowering their A1c by 0.3% and/or lowering their fasting blood glucose by 30 points in 12 weeks all while still eating ice cream (and not the sugar-free kind!)
