I started this work because I saw so many women being handed the same fear-based advice when it came to blood sugar:
“Cut carbs.”
“Stop eating sugar.”
“Just lose weight.”
“Try harder.”

And what I watched happen over and over again was this:
Women didn’t get better — they got more defeated.

They blamed themselves for not being able to stick to strict rules.
They started second guessing every meal.
They swung between “being good” and burnout.
And they felt like they were one wrong bite away from failure.

But blood sugar doesn’t improve from restriction.
It improves from a sustainable strategy.

That’s why I created a completely different approach:
One that helps women reverse prediabetes by building balanced meals, supporting insulin sensitivity, and learning how to eat in a way that feels confident — not chaotic.
